Description This paper is focused on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in insurance industry. There is a need for differentness specification to design strategy of a firm carrying business in insurance industry. Today competitive advantage doesn't stand for the implementation of CRM but it counts the quality of firm's CRM. The effective CRM does reduce the amount of benefits.
