Description This study was created on the basis of the assignment of the Department of Spatial Planning and Development of the City of Brno from May 2008. Its aim is to design a functional system of ÚSES administration in the city of Brno. The study has three basic parts. The analytical part describes the area of ÚSES in Brno and its evaluation in terms of functionality, property relations and other aspects. Subsequently, the concepts and activities of the ÚSES administration in Brno are defined and an overview of the current state of the ÚSES in the city of Brno and the state of ensuring its administration is prepared. Among the functioning municipal companies and contributory organizations, the main subjects eligible for taking over the administration of ÚSES are identified and described. The design part defines the procedure of the ÚSES Administration in the most common (model) cases. Based on the analytical part, variants of a possible solution for the administration of ÚSES are presented here. The basic design options for ensuring the administration of ÚSES in the city of Brno are solutions through: the City of Brno, the contributory organization Public Greenery of the City of Brno, the joint-stock company Lesy města Brna, the joint-stock company Brněnské komunikace, the newly established institutions. Within the design part, these variants are described and further evaluated. Based on the established criteria, the most advantageous variant is recommended. In the implementation part, among other things, the recommended procedure of steps leading to the provision of the proposed ÚSES management system, including the model time schedule, is elaborated.
