Citation
Description In the history of philosophy, perhaps there is no more classic dispute than that between realists and their opponents. In the field of philosophy of language, in the second half of the 20th century, the British philosopher Michael Dummett created an independent and interesting alternative to the classical (realistic) idea of the concept of truth and thus meaning also, so called anti-realism. In the contribution, I will focus on the explaining of this theory, together with the principles of intuitionistic logic on which the whole theory rests, as well as the implication of anti-realism.
