Description An overview guide to process the corporate strategy of the destination management organization. The guide focuses on the complex analysis of the destination, furthermore on the synthesis of all partial analyzes and moreover on the proposal part of the strategy. The major idea is to highlight the importance of the interconnection between the SWOT analysis and the main goals and then priorities, and as well as the employment of the "theoretical" and practical knowledge from the study field. At the same time the publication stress the significance of the reflection on the actual market situation.
