Description Creating a continuous adjustment of business strategy acquires in contemporary business practice in importance. Profession al and scientific research of this phenomenon may present economy in this region significantly react to the current economic situation. This paper presents a case study motives leading to the creation of a consistent business strategy, respectively. to cha nge the creative activity of the enterprise in terms of strategic alternatives for its further development. The paper analyzes how customers embrace this change and that this fact brings to the business. The findings show that the change of the strategic p osition of the company is the enterprise value for a significant shift, increasing the attractiveness for customers and ultimately increase its competitiveness.
