| Description | The monograph focuses on the issue of subjective rights and the need of their protection in the sphere of public administration, from a systemic point of view and with regard to their effectiveness. Monogarph approaches the nature of public administration, which is related to the influence of subjective rights in relation to the various forms of its application. The individual chapters of the monograph focus on the individual measures of protection of subjective rights that can be found in public administration, which are evaluated not only from the point of view of legal regulation itself but also from the point of view of their application in real practice, thus setting up the imaginary mirror and making de lege ferenda. Emphasis is placed on the systemic approach, when the monograph tries to approach, besides traditional means as well as new means connected with the recent development of public administration and its possible future action. |
