| Description | This paper aims to identify the main problems to the activities of social enterprises and the issue of employment of socially disadvantaged people in social enterprises. The research was conducted by survey respondents in social enterprises. The investigation showed that the biggest barriers to the activities of social enterprises include the lack of a social enterprise. Among the most commonly employed by a group of people with disabilities and the long-term unemployed, which belongs to the basic identifiers social impact. The contribution is also to contribute to the debate about social entrepreneurship and employment for disadvantaged people in the labor market in the Czech Republic. |
