Description The relevant market definition is essential part of almost all competition analyses especially in cases when competition authority investigates an abuse of the dominant position. Small but significant non transitory increase in prices test (SSNIP) belongs to the most favored approaches to solve this issue. The aim of this paper is to introduce methodology of the SSNIP test and assess opportunities of practical use of this technique in the Czech railway transport.
