| Description | The paper deals with the municipal indebtedness, with the possibility of using different indebtedness indicators. The methodology is based on the evaluation indebtedness indicators as those used by the Ministry of Finance as well as other two indicators affecting both the annual cost of debt service and total debt of the municipality. Calculations are made for the outcomes of fiscal year 2012. Outcome of the research is to identify communities with problematic debt. Another outcome of the research is also identifying bottlenecks in the assessment of individual indicators and assess their suitability. |
