Description According to some authors the number of misconducts in science is increasing in the last few years. Many allegations were made, some of them in the field of psychology. The problem of scientific misconducts is up-to-date topic and demarcation of this problem is a must. In the paper "On scientific misconducts" three main questions are discussed: What is the relation between scientific misconducts and ethical misconduct? Is it possible to distinguish scientific misconducts from mistakes or errors in science? Does science have some specific process, which can found and excise scientific misconducts? Proposed answer to these questions is based on acceptation of moralistic fallacy, that is proposition, that even though scientist should not lie, they do.
