Description DNA molecules can adopt many unusual structures (hairpins, i-motifs, G – quadruplexes and others), linked with many neurodegenerative diseases (X syndrome, Friedreich’s ataxia, Huntington’s disease). The aim of our contribution is the electrochemical investigation of different structures of DNA heptamers with AAA, CCC, GAA, GGG and TTT sequence in the molecule center as the effect of adsorption on the electrode surface (mercury electrode, pencil graphite electrode).
