Description	The contribution was focused on Czech regulation of use of languages in the civil procedure according to the regulation in Act on Civil Procedure and Czech highest court's case law. The contribution was focused also on use of languages with regards to regulation on evidence taking (1206/2001) and in those parts of Czech civil proceedings that take place abroad.
