| Description | Matrix-assisted laser desorotion/ionization mass spektrometry (MALDI-MS) is a technique allowing the visualization of the distribution of analytes variety in diverse samples, typicaly in thin sections of biological tissue. This method has been successfully used to the analysis of brain tissues, monitoring of drugs distribution and drugs metabolites in tissues, and in new biomarkers investigation. In this paper, we research the imaging of selected drugs distribution - olanzapin, haloperidol and paliperidone in tissue of mice brain using MALDI MS. |
