| Description | The proceedings are collection of texts from the lectures of professionals that have been presented in seminars and workshops organized in the second half of 2011 and first half of 2012 at the Faculty of Economics and Administration at Masaryk University in relation to the project “Flood education and research centre”. Floods are considered as an extraordinary event. Proceedings are intended primarily for university students in bachelor, master and doctoral studies. However, it may also serve to regional and public administration at the municipal level and the wider professional community, addressing issues related to water management and flood protection. Papers are primarily aimed at passed events and lessons learned. |
