Description In this paper we evaluate real design, adjustment, implementation and final effects of training programmes (with respect to the risk groups) in the Czech Republic. In our programme evaluation we used a wide pallet of available statistical methods (analysis of relevant documents, secondary analysis of quantitative and qualitative data sets) including ordinary pairwise comparison and binary logistic regression. Concrete recommendations in field of training programmes (their significance, range and quality) and structure of participants are supplemented in the end of this paper.
