| Description | Concerning the approaching end of the programming period 2007–2013 the organization and management of tourism in the Czech Republic is more and more discussed issue. Therefore, the contribution is focused on the cooperation and organization of tourism in the Czech Republic and its development that is compared with the experience of tourist developed destinations (the Alpine regions). The aim of the comparison is the identification of problems and finding their solutions for the case of the Czech Republic. Moreover, the paper evaluates the Czech tourism policy performance on the basis of the conceptual document that sets priorities and measures of tourism policy. These outcomes stand for suggestions how to perform tourism policy efficiently and effectively. Finally, the contribution presents the changes that can occur when the tourism development support law is passed. |
