The Financial Literacy International Program project was presented at the Erasmus + international conference focused on Financial Education, Current Practices and Future Challenges, where the latest findings, examples of foreign programs and "best practices" were presented. Professor Fuhrmann from the Vienna Wirtschaftsuniversität together with Dr. Buchtová from ESF MU also discussed with other experts in the section on improving financial literacy in non-formal education. Financial education is at the forefront of the agendas of many major international organizations, including the OECD, which is one of the leading supporters of the development of financial literacy not only in Europe but also in the world.

Since the beginning of the year, the researchers involved in the In-Touch project are trying to improve the lives of people with dementia and of those who take care of them. Health economists from ECON MUNI are also part of the international team. Jakub Hlávka, head of the Health Economics, Policy, and Innovation Institute (HEPII), says that palliative care should take the emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs of patients into account.
