Come work out and strengthen your condition and mental well-being at this difficult time.

The lecturers at the University Sports Centre have prepared regular free online lessons of physical activities for MUNI employees accessible via the MS Teams application.

The individual exercises start on Monday, October 19, and will run until further notice.

The offer and list of lessons can be found bellow. Lessons will be held in Czech. 

  1. Spinning, Monday 16:20–17:20 (you need a stacionary spinning bike)
  2. Fitness training 1., Monday 17:40–18:40
  3. Jogalates, Tuesday 8:00–9:00
  4. Exercise to support proper posture, Tuesday 16:00–17:00
  5. Fitness training 2., Tuesday 17:00–18:00
  6. Bodybalance, Thursday 15:00–16:00
  7. Bodystyling, Thursday 16:00–17:00
  8. Pilates, Thursday 17:00–18:00
