This project aims to improve the capacity to anticipate future labour market needs in Czechia and Croatia by developing and applying robust forecasting tools. By identifying likely future imbalances in workforce qualifications and labour demand, the project will support evidence-based policy planning in education, training, and employment strategies in both countries.
