In the coming year, I'm dedicated to navigating the intricacies of conducting a meta-analysis. I'll begin by formulating a precise problem statement, delineating key research questions and objectives, while strictly following PRISMA guidelines for transparent and rigorous research.
An extensive literature search, guided by PRISMA, will follow, enriched by expertise gained from a meta-analysis-focused summer school. During the coding phase, meticulous data extraction in alignment with systematic review principles ensures consistency.
Robust statistical techniques will be employed to synthesize study outcomes, with a specific focus on the career stage's moderating effect on autonomy, engagement, and burnout.
Data diagnostics and reporting will rigorously assess study quality and biases, ensuring transparent result presentation. Collaboration with mentors and peers, alongside systematic review principles, will be pivotal throughout this journey, guiding the meta-analysis process toward a well-informed conclusion. This project represents a commitment to contributing valuable insights to my field.
