| Popis | The goal of this paper is to analyse performance management schemes on the level of the Slovak tax administration, namely at its directorate (Danove riaditelstvo, now Financna sprava). The first part describes about ten years old experiment of internal performance management scheme and its results. The second part deals with the current performance management scheme and its results. Old and new systems are compared and lessons learned formulated. |
