Are you interested in how large organizations manage their IT systems and processes, and how enterprise architecture has evolved over time? Would you like to learn how the role of the enterprise architect has shifted from a purely technical role to a strategic partner of company management?
Join our lecture on enterprise architecture, where we will guide you through the basic concepts and historical development. We will introduce the most widely used frameworks and methodologies and demonstrate real-life examples from practice.
You will learn how enterprise architecture supports business innovation and how it contributes to strategic decision-making. At the end, you will have the opportunity to try solving real problems in an interactive workshop.
Speaker: Ing. Helena Chudá
Since March 2020, a member of the Enterprise Architecture team at Škoda Auto. She has extensive experience in the fields of enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and IT management. For more than 18 years, she has led crisis management and IT at the State Office for Nuclear Safety. She focuses on improving data quality and the effective use of tools for enterprise architecture management, such as LeanIX.
