The aim of this paper is to analyze the unemployment of university graduates, on the example of a small open economy of the Czech Republic, in terms of their qualification structure and also to find out what affects this unemployment and whether there is any relationship between the evolution of unemployment of university graduates, the overall unemployment and economic development.
