Description Knowledge is an important instrument for business competitiveness. Similarly it is possible to characterize their importance in the current globalized business environment, multinational companies. As implemented by the Czech subsidiaries of knowledge within multinational companies showed an empirical research of this year. The sample of 335 companies responded to questions related to innovation performance, system storage and transfer of knowledge across the group of multinational companies. In the context of access to knowledge was assessed by localization of innovative activities and cooperation in the development of knowledge with external organizations in the country. The results represent an interesting view of knowledge management in the conditions of subsidiaries of multinational companies operating in the Czech Republic. Only results from primary statistical analysis applying frequencies are introduced in the paper.
