Description Given article presents basic information about new theory entitled integration theory of sustainable regional development. This theory was verified on the example of Czech Republic and its principal components are quality of business environment (QBE), innovation potential of firms (IPF) and utilization of human resources (UHR) and one can be described by following way: Improving of regional QEB stimulates development of entrepreneurial activities with positive impacts on UHR and creation of innovations. Thus generated synergic effects deepen territorial integration of economics and raising regional competitiveness, thereby basic assumptions for provision of long-term sustainable regional development are ensured.
