| Description | The paper presents results of primary survey aimed at the reverse flows and the chosen reverse flows managerial issues in the Czech republic. The results show that the management of reverse flows is more ad hoc as the strategic one, more profit and costs focused on the contrary to value creation focused and percieved as a necessarity among managers. |
