| Description | This proceeding is focused on analysis of the financial crisis influence on certificate market. There are outlined possible ways of future development in the market segment of certificates. There are also mentioned main reasons why are certificates related very closely with issuers risk nowadays. Finally in the proceeding are analysed ways how issuers try to recover the confidence in certificates. |
