Description We examine the factors influencing global youth's mobile Internet adoption. We extend the technology acceptance model (TAM), incorporation visuals appeal, escapism, perceived novelty, and economic value, and replacing usefulness by efficiency. We validate the model cross-culturally, seeking implicit evidence of "global youht culture" in mobile gaming adoption.
