| Description | The aim of the paper is to analyze the relationship of the fiscal policy and economic growth from the perspective of economic theory. It is focused on the influence of the tax system and expenditures on the economic growth and also on the influence of the budget balance. In the case of of budget deficit, the special attention is devoted to the Ricardian equivallence, it's critique and the relevance of it's conclusions. |
