| Description | The main goal of this paper is to analyse fiscal policies in Poland and Slovakia. Mutual influence of the state of public finance and economic growth is emphasized. In the text we will be concerned especially with the influence of fiscal policy on the stock of capital as a source which influences growth. The main part of the analysis is focused separately on the revenue and expenditure side of public budgets and their balance. The study covers the period from 1991, or 1993 respectively for Slovakia, till present. |
