Description The monetary policy is one of the most important components of economic policy since it may widely influence economic decisions. Is However is the central bank capable to affect the long-run path of economic growth? The aim of this paper is to identify the long-run effects of monetary policy. Theoretical findings are used to analyze the monetary policy in the case of the Czech Republic.
