Description Network analysis is a specialized method, which can be helpful when identifying key-players of the organization. These players tend to occupy special position in the whole network of company's relationships (formal as well as informal). This article offers empirical analysis informal relations, which were created during the business gaming simulation (MANAHRA) in virtual companies. The text answers the question whether companies successful in this simulation game differ from the unsuccessful ones in terms of network structure. Even if the analysis is done in simulated environment, the implications can be relevant for real companies.
