| Description | There is a tendency towards new leadership concept. It is apparent that we have to leave behind the traditional „superior-subordinate“model pointing out the power aspect of given relationship and replace it by the “partnership” model based on the mutual negotiation and cooperation so that the company is managed effectively. The new concept is stemming from the relationship behaviour theory. |
