| Description | Nowadays the most important factor of competitiveness of an enterprise is the creative human labour, human relations inside the enterprise and above all relations of the enterprise with its environment. Regarding these facts appears as suitable to frame and to use for research of competitiveness of an enterprise a model, which relies on stakeholders access and which records relations to employees, customers, suppliers, owners, creditors and state. The submitted paper presents a concept of a model such like this. |
