Description The ability of the company to compete is very often connected with the ability to innovate. A lot of companies are trying to increase the innovation capability through improving managerial systems, resourcing, training of the employees and to reach the innovation goals. To say that the goals are reached is possible in terms of innovation metrics. The aim of this article is to stipulate the metrics of innovation ability.
