Description The main goal of this paper is to analyze possible approach that can help to ascertain the indirect value potential of supplier. The indirect value potential in the paper is predominantly connected with the supplier position in the broader network of relatinships. These relationships or the position within these relations as the case may be, can be understood either as benefit or risk having impact on the future value of the customer relationship with the supplier.
