| Description | The conditions for insurance activities in insurance companies were changed in sense of act No. 363/1999 Coll. on insurance. They were changed by this act and also by European Union Guidelines. The changes by act on insurance influenced insurance and reinsurance activities, insurance conditions, classes and groups of insurance, insurance intermediary, technical reserves, share capital, solvency and insurance supervisory authority. |
