Description The main objective of this paper was to compare the basic principles and values presented by Korean companies in different cultural environments of Czech Republic and Vietnam. The analysis of similarities as well as differences between the practice in Central Europe (Czech Republic) and Southeast Asia (Vietnam) contributed to the understanding of Korean attitude and interactions in different regions. The respect to local environment and effectivity in negotiation was also compared to the feedback from employees. The microcase study of the KHNP company in expected tender in the Czech nuclear power plant Dukovany explained the strategy of presenting values as a mean to positively influence public opinion.
