| Description | This is the audio-visual presentation of data processing using the Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) created for the purposes of online education. The commented (approximately one-hour long) video guides students through the individual steps of applying the IPA method on the example of specific date from the research. First, the collected data are characterized, then the data processing is demonstrated using the Importance and Performance analysis in the EXCEL application, and in the last step, the interpretation of the resulting values from the IPA matrix is outlined. |
