| Description | The aim of this article is to assess the current regulation of supply of groceries for further sale. The structure of this market shows features of oligopsony which is a market structure where few buyers meet large number of sellers. In the Czech Republic is this market regulated by Act on Significant Market Power. This act is effective for ten years which provides a great opportunity for assessment how this act is applied by competition authority in practise. |
