| Description | The publication focuses on the practice of selected areas of law. It is dedicated to public and private law in accordance with the needs of non-law studies. It is intended for work in seminars, i.e. it complements the lectures with a practical dimension in the form of solving assigned tasks; however, the basic legal institutes and relations are also briefly reminded. In addition to the basic tasks, the publication also offers additional tasks for inquisitive students who can expand their knowledge in the field through self-study. Legal database systems (e.g. ASPI) or publicly available public administration registers are used in support of work on tasks. The publication is intended not only for students of non-law studies but also for the general public who can use it to deepen its legal awareness. |
