| Description | The central issue of the proposed paper is to present the views of young Romany people on the education, employment and their future life prospects. The undertaken research investigates what problems and barriers young Roma encounter in education and the labour market entry and what are their strategies for transition from school to work. The role of public policies in supporting young Roma will be assessed in the light of their perceptions and strategies. |
