Description Topic of this paper is to analyze the relations of quality, customer satisfaction, performance and competitiveness. The article is based on research carried out by the author under the specific research called Impact on quality performance and competitiveness (MUNI/A/0738/2012). The aim of the article is based on an analysis of individual variables and their interrelationships to create a comprehensive model of the company which could be verified by consequent research.
