Vienna Insurance Group, one of the Faculty's Distinguished Partners, welcomed more than 30 of our students from Czech, English, and exchange programmes, in its premises in Vienna, Austria, on 15 December 2017. Ms. Angela Fleischlig-Tangl from VIG opened the visit with her presentation of VIG's HR activities especially in the area of workplace diversity. Mr. Roman Zeman, also from VIG, then followed with his view on the future of the Eurozone. Students then had the opportunity to chat with other VIG employees about everything that they were curious about regarding working at VIG.

Poor air quality has significant economic impacts on people's health. A team of scientists from ECON MUNI and the RECETOX centre has been preoccupied with air quality in Brno since 2021. They have even involved in their research children from several primary schools. Dr Dominika Tóthová, Associate Professor Vilém Pařil and Dr Ondřej Mikeš answer the questions.
