This year, the MU Grant Agency is announcing competitions for the acquisition of excellent foreign experts at Masaryk University (MUNI Award, MUNI Award Junior) and for the inclusion of researchers in the MU research teams after a career break.

MUNI Award in Science and Humanities aims to bring excellent and successful external scientists to MU and to offer them such conditions that they have the motivation to stay at MU and to create exceptionally high-quality scientific results in the long run.

MUNI Award in Science and Humanities JUNIOR wants to support young promising scientists and create conditions for them to achieve autonomy in research in time, accelerate their career progression and facilitate the preparation of prestigious grants.

The deadline for applications to both competitions is 31 December 2020.

Details on the requirements for candidates, funding and conditions for applications can be found on the GA MU website.

Career Restart - support for the integration of female researchers after a career break is intended to initiate return of young talented scientists to a productive scientific career, which they interrupted, for example, as a result of parental leave.

The applications can be submitted in from 7th until 31st October, 2020.

Other information and details about the competition are available at the GA MU website.
