Why did you become an ambassador?

I became a student ambassador because I wanted to make a meaningful impact on the student community. Moving abroad for university can be both exciting and overwhelming, and I know firsthand how valuable it is to have guidance from someone who has been in the same position. This role gives me the opportunity to help prospective and new students feel more confident in their decision to study at Masaryk University.

What do you love most about your studies?

I love the way my studies challenge me to think critically and approach problems from different perspectives. Business management is such a dynamic field, and every class offers fresh insights into how organizations operate, how markets evolve, and how strategic decisions are made. The combination of theory and practical applications keeps things engaging, and I appreciate how my studies prepare me for real-world challenges. The international environment at Masaryk University also makes learning even more enriching, as I get to exchange ideas with people from different backgrounds.

What advice would you give to new students?

Take every opportunity to step outside of your comfort zone. University is more than just attending lectures and passing exams—it’s about personal growth, building lifelong friendships, and discovering what excites you. Get involved in extracurricular activities, explore Brno, and take advantage of the diverse experiences the city and university have to offer. Don’t be afraid to ask for help when needed, and most importantly, enjoy the journey. Your time at university will pass quickly, so make the most of every moment.
