ECON MUNI launches a pilot run of a development program to support readiness for leadership and decision-making roles (Talent Program ECON MUNI). The goal of the program is to strengthen career opportunities and develop competencies in managing people and teams, with an emphasis on flexibility, diversity, and equal opportunities for all.

This two-year faculty program is part of the OPEN strategy (ECON MUNI Diversity and Flexibility Strategy) and, in its pilot phase, focuses primarily on women whose professional paths may have been affected by caregiving or other commitments. A total of 12 women and 1 man have been nominated by their supervisors to participate. After evaluating the pilot run, the program’s content and nomination conditions may be adjusted in the future.
