I hereby declare that:
- I am acquainted with the Participation Conditions and I meet the qualification
requirements for Erasmus+ student study stays published on the website of the Centre for
International Cooperation and the website of the Faculty of Economics and Administration
(Faculty).
- I am acquainted with the Financial Conditions of the programme. I am aware that the
Erasmus grant is provided to cover the extra cost connected to the stay abroad and my own
financial contribution will be necessary. I have calculated the potential costs of the study
stay in the countries and universities I am applying to and I am prepared to cover them.
- I am familiar with the conditions and process of recognition of the study stay at the
Faculty. I have read and understood the information about courses recognition published
on the Faculty website. I know how the study stay will affect my studies at the Faculty.
- I have checked whether my Visa type allows me to enter and stay in the countries I am
applying to and I know how to proceed if a different type of Visa or permit is required.
- I am aware of the fact that the nomination for Erasmus+ study stay is binding and can only
be cancelled for serious health or personal reasons. If that happens, I will immediately
inform the Centre for International Cooperation and the International office of the Faculty.
I realize that withdrawal from nomination may influence my future possibilities of being
selected for this programme.
- If selected, I will proceed in line with the programme requirements as described on the
website of the Centre for International Cooperation and the website of the Faculty. I will
also follow the instructions of my host university.
