Analytical Chemist – Chemical Laboratory Manager

This field is taught in the scope of an interfaculty study program together with the Faculty of Science, i.e. the guaranteeing faculty is not FEA but the partner faculty. If you are interested in enrolling in this field, you have to apply to the above-mentioned faculty and not to the FEA.

Students of the full-time Bachelor’s type of study of the Analytical Chemist – Chemical Laboratory Manager field will acquaint themselves with the issues of basic economic, legal, and managerial subjects during their studies at the Faculty of Economics and Administration. Thus they will acquire the necessary knowledge to perform mid management functions. In subjects and practical exercises at the Faculty of Science, they will be equipped with standard knowledge in the scientific subjects typical for graduates of chemical study programs as well as methodical and testing processes used in these subjects.

Job perspectives for graduates of this field:

The graduates will find jobs in mid management functions as managers of chemical laboratories and similar facilities in the chemical and food-processing industry, research institutes, universities, as well as state and private certified testing facilities. They can also work in laboratories of the Ministry of Interior or the Fire Brigade Rescue Corps within the segment of crisis management.
