PREPARATORY COURSE FOR ENTRANCE EXAM IN LEARNING POTENTIAL TEST

This year, the Office for Research and Development organizes a preparatory course for an entrance exam in a learning potential test (LPT).

The Course will take place on Fridays in March and April 2010. For more information about the course, see the website of the Shopping Centre of MU.

PREPARATORY COURSE FOR FOLLOW-UP MASTER’S DEGREE STUDIES – POSSIBILITY OF BEING ADMITTED WITHOUT ENTRANCE EXAMS

For the entrance examinations to the follow-up Master’s degree studies for academic year 2010/2011, a new concept of entrance examination will be realized for the second time. Applicants for studies (with a properly filled in and submitted application for studies) will be able to take a preparatory course in subjects which are tested in the entrance exam (economics and specialized field of study), and the course will be finished with a test.

In the event of a successful completion of the course, which means achieving at least 40 points in total in the final tests from both subjects (economics, specialized field of study), the person will meet the conditions for being admitted without an entrance exam. In this event, the course graduate will only ask the dean in writing for exemption from the entrance examination and he or she will automatically be admitted.

If the person fails the final tests of the course, he or she will at least have an experience what the entrance examination looks like. Further more, he or she has a second chance – to succeed in the real entrance examination.

For academic year 2010/2011, the preparatory courses will be offered for the following fields of study:

  • Public economy and Public economy and administration
  • Regional development and administration
  • Enterprise management
  • Finance
